I've gotten both the duel arc and triple arc lighters and I love both of them! If you're looking for something smaller you can carry with you in your pocket I would suggest going with the duel-arc. It's a little more bulky than a typical square lighter however it makes up for it tenfold by being rechargeable and wind-proof. The duel arc lighter works perfect for lighting cigarettes or cigarillos. The triple arc lighter on the other hand is quite a bit larger and spans the length of your palm. The triple arc plasma burner is a great size for lighting cigars or pipes. Overall both lighters are fantastic, and the customer service from It's Lit has also been phenomenal. They've made sure to check in with me after my purchase to make sure everything was working well and also to remind me that they offer a 1-year warranty. I would definitely buy these lighters again.

nice lighter. my only complaint is that once fully charged - does not last long. not a lot of lights to be had on a single charge. update: 5/17/17 the lighter finally refused to charge at all. reducing stars due to short lifespan of item. would not recommend.

I bought the ttiplr arc this time because I wanted a largrt lighter to sit on my tablrme at home. This one was dead on arrival. No charge showing when received and after charging (blue light showing) no arcs. Difficult for me to get to UPS store to return and can't afford to pay for pick up. So still trying to return. I like this product and my streak of bad luck with these lighters had nothing to do with the product itself (mud in charge port, broken by visitor, stolen by visitor, etc.) not product defect. Will purchase again when this issue tresolve.

I'm giving a 3 star because it does work and it is pretty cool but this product is not worth any more than that. Works well for edging a pipe bowl but not much else. The lid is loose and flimsy (I give it at most, a week of frequent use before the lid fall's off completely) Takes about 5 - 10 seconds of contact with a cigarette tip to light it. Wouldn't recommend for anything other than the "looks cool" factor

I got it for a buddy of mine. When it arrived I just had to check it out. Needless to say, it was a little hard just handing it over to him. Now I'm going to order an even better one for my own.( Can't let him have cooler stuff than me, It just won't do.)A couple of days after the lighter came, I received A e-mail From Josh the owner, He wanted make sure I was fully satisfied with my purchase, and if I wasn't happy what could he do to make it right. I'll definitely buy from them again.

This is such a cool lighter. We keep it charged in the kitchen for convenience but I think the battery is pretty good. The charger cord is SHORT! I won’t dock them a star for it but I have to put something under the lighter to support it while charging or it will slowly disconnect. Thank you, gravity. Also don’t put your finger between the prongs!! Again, no stars docked, because this falls in the User Error category. Not saying it was me. But it happened.

I have owned and loved the old style of electric dual arc lighter for some time, but was always put off by the fact that you were limited to lighting things that fit between the electrodes. This design totally alleviates that problem and basically allows you to light anything from any angle. I don't smoke, but I can imagine that it would be a lot more convenient for pipes and stuff than the older models. It certainly works much better for candles! I hope that the arc lighter market starts to move away from the older vertical design to this new flat face design in general, just like it has largely moved from a single arc to a dual arc. If it does, then IT'S LIT will have literally blazed new trials in the arc lighter market.

I really like this lighter it's really awesome. It works great except I'm using it for a pipe and it won't go down inside the pipe to light if the bowl is not full.
