Review: This formula makes a gun worth owning! - Short version: I love, love, love this stuff. I use it instead of Liquid Nails for glueing together lumber, glueing polyiso foam board insulation to plywood, drywall to lumber, and instead of the "Gaps & Cracks" spray foam for filling gaps and cracks. It sticks to darned near everything (including me!), has an extremely aggressive adhesive (it takes 3 days to wear off my skin), and a very strong bond. Background: I'm a DIY homeowner and I just ripped the siding off my house, added 6" of foam board insulation, and then resided it, with a side dish of all new windows. I used this foam extensively throughout the project with great results. Things I've noticed while working with it: This Wall & Floor formula expands less than Gaps & Cracks. I had no trouble using this along door framing and it didn't cause the jamb to warp. My theory is that so long as there's air space to expand into, it will expand there. I have a can of Door & Window foam but haven't used it yet, because using this (which is on my gun already) has not caused me any heartache. The working time is comparatively SHORT! Like 15-30 minutes. This is a double edged sword. The fast curing is convenient when filling gaps and cracks. However, I was installing two layers of foam and while working my way across a wall, the foam could harden before I got the second layer on, taped, and strapped to the wall with furring strips and 9" screws. I found myself making more cuts in advance, testing fitting, and then re-assembling all the layers and foaming as I went. Compare that to Liquid Nails, which I usually open a giant (28 oz) tube of, and leave open in the caulk gun all day, since its cure time is 24 hours.
Review: My 7th can and I love it! - My 7th can and I love the stuff. Do not get it on your skin and use eye protection if you're within 5 feet of it!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: I have some loose osb on my roof that i cant nail down, would this bond the osb to the truss? is it good for attics/high heat?**
A: Its really good stuff, no pun intended, I have used it to glue 2 inch ridged insulation directly onto brick in a basement area. It will expand very quickly so it needs to be fastened or clamped together. I have used it on wood too wood successfully. The temperature in an attic should be fine, check the Manufacturers spec on range to be shure.

**Q: Has anyone had experience using this on Hardscapes block/pavers?**
A: Very sticky stuff. I have not used it papers, but I have no doubt it will work fine.

**Q: Does this satisfy requirements set forth by astm d3498-19?**
A: for me was great product

**Q: Will this bond to the aluminum foil of eps rigid insulation. need to bond to studs.**
A: Yes it will, I've used it on that and all kinds of other materials. So far it has bonded everything I've tried it on.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This formula makes a gun worth owning!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It is Great Stuff! (Glue)
*by J***. on November 17, 2014*

This foam glue works great! I have tried Liquid Nails and a Landscaping Adhesive to get styrofoam insulation to stick to metal. Both failed miserably. I just sprayed this Great Stuff on the foam and pressed it on. After letting it dry for a few hours I closed the overhead metal doors. Today I opened them up and I'm thrilled to say it works! Remember, to reinforce this w screws etc. if you use it for floor joists etc. (prevents future floor squeaks) By theway, I estimated I would need three cans but I'm still on my first.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cost effective
*by J***J on February 10, 2021*

It is much cheaper than caulk to adhere foam board to cinder blocks. Almost did my whole basement with one can. Wish is it would stick/adhere faster but after it cures it is solid. Used a combination of caulk and foam to get the job done. Also used some 2x4s to hold the foam board while it cured. Using caulk only would have been way to expense.
