I was prescribed a $850/month product to lower my triglycerides. I asked the doctor (cardiologist) if I could take more of what I was already taking as an omega supplement. She said no due to mercury levels. I asked a "naturalist" what she took given that she had a history of mercury toxicity. She recommended this product, which I have been taking for 3 years. I can't speak for anyone else, but my triglycerides dropped from 257 to 51. The level has stayed low for 3 years. I did not change my regular diet. I can't attribute the change to anything else. This is not a true clinical trial by any means, but I will continue to take this supplement as long as they make it.
