This backpack looked terrific when it arrived. I was using it as a carry on for a trip to Peru.i did not have the bag stuffed but I did have my camera in there, which may have weighed (at most) 2 pounds. After two days, the fabric separated and started leaving gaping holes. Thankfully, I had a needle and thread and was able to repair it- without it, I believe the bag would have been useless pretty quickly. All other components, such as zippers, held up well but the failure of the seam was pretty bad.

Purchased this backpack for a camping trip and it was great for the first three days. The pockets and compartments were perfect to hold everything I needed. It was water resistant as I took it tubing and canoeing. On the day we were leaving the top ripped and kept ripping. I would love to have it replaced because I really did enjoy it.*UPDATE* By the time I got home I had received an email from the company saying they were aware of the problem with the bag and would replace it. I replied to the email and they promptly replaced my backpack free of charge! Great customer service! Bag is in great condition!!

I bought this a while ago, for a 4 day trip to NYC, I really liked it at first, fit everything I needed to bring but on my last day of trip it happend to rip off the top where is very important to keep it closed. I like the colors and material, but should be better built

I love this bag but first time I used one of the straps broke very disappointed because it was so comfortable and light weight for my hikes

I’ve been using this backpack for almost two months and the one of the arm straps is ripping. I am disappointed but it has served its purpose so far but I will probably purchase another one different brand pretty soon since I need a backpack for my travels.

I really liked this back pack for about a month. Then the whole top seam ripped off.

The whole top part ripped before I even took it hiking...by the end of the hike had totally ripped open & all my things were exposed to the elements!
