It is a good product

We are using this vitamin D for almost 3 months. The size is good to consume and more importantly it is vegan and no gluten and no soy. It doesn’t have any smell easy to take. It is helpful for bones, teeth and immune health.

High quality vitamin D!! Worth the price!

Living in North America and staying indoor, I became vitamin D deficient. I don’t know when it started but two years ago I found out about it. Smell and taste is s not good

This works so well that all of the doctors at his practice now recommend it to their patients before using prescription vitamin D! My husband has Alpha Gal syndrome and we really struggle with vitamin D because a lot of vitamin D in the US is sourced from lanolin. His doctor was going to put him on a prescription supplement but I asked if we could investigate a vegan option first. It's easy to take, no aftertaste. All of the family takes it now and it has made dramatic improvements in our mood, sleep, and overall wellness!

In October 2020 I went to get my blood work done and was shocked to see how deficient in Vitamin D I was! My doctor recommended that I find a Vitamin D supplement that had 5000 IUs, no more and no less - and to take one capsule a day every day. Alongside this supplement, I made sure to get at least 30 minutes a week outside in the middle of the day. I just got my Everlywell results back today and was so excited to see the huge jump in my levels! Everlywell says that my levels are elevated, however, my labs range shows that 100 is the high end. So I am very pleased with where I am at! From a very sad 20 to a whopping 102! I may even skip taking my supplement occassionally now. Very happy with this supplement and love it even more that it is from a plant-based source and is very easy to take. Thank you for a great supplement!
