LEGO DUPLO Cafe 10587 Building Toy

What a great toy, and for such a great price! I find the Lego Duplo sets to be very expensive, and Amazon's pricing could not be beat. This set includes a lot more pieces than most Dulpo sets, so I really felt like I got my money's worth. We love the umbrella, the cash register and the plates. The waiter is so cute, and we love to set up our restaurant regularly. I am a huge fan of Lego Duplo, and hope to be able to keep my kids on the Duplo for as long as possible before switching over to the regular, small (choking hazard!) Lego. This restaurant set makes it exciting even for my bigger kids, and we have really been enjoying it!

My almost 3 yr old grand-daughter loves playing with this set. She was impressed with all the pink pieces! Easy for her to put together in may different ways. Would buy it again in a heartbeat.

I just started using duplo with my just turned 4 year old. This is the 2nd kit that I have brought him. It is very cute. I love that it came with 3 people and the loaf of bread and chairs is my son's favorite part. We have started making a little Duplo village and this was a great piece to put in it. It was also pretty easy for him to do. I just show him the instructions and he gave him the pieces and he was able to do it pretty much on his own.Before this he has only used Mega blocks. I tried the regular Legos but they are still to hard and fall easily apart when you are trying to put the pieces in a small kit together. He was very frustrated so I decided to give these a try and he loves them. Will definitely be buying more sets.

A four year old is able to build on its own.Pieces are chunky and safe for little ones.

Of the several Duplo sets we have bought for our two-year-old daughter this one is her favorite. She loves to "build a little restaurant" and there are so many different things you can do with the pieces. Of all the sets this one seems to have the most specialty pieces . A good value- if you were looking for a nice gift for a toddler this is the best set you can choose!

I bought this set to supplement my daughter's green Duplo box set. She is almost 2 and wasn't that "into" the other ones -- she would only play for a few minutes and lose interest. Since she LOVES to play pretend (especially in her play kitchen and with dolls), I bought this thinking it might spur some more imaginative play with the other blocks. PERFECT! This set includes a table, plates, some food, people, storefront, etc. She loves building "restaurants" and having the family sit down and eat dinner together.Best part -- this set fits nicely inside the green "creative play" Duplo box with the other blocks, so I didn't have to use separate container. They all work great together!

Our daughter enjoys playing with this set. She has a minnie and mickey duplo set, but the cafe set seems to entertain her and she really wants to learn to stick legos together. Lego forever.

My daughter loved Duplo. This is a really nice set to add to her collection. We generally build it once using the instructions, and then she takes it apart and build what she wants with all her other legos. We have a large green Duplo sheet, so she can build houses, shops, trees, whatever.
