These look great and work great at about half of what I was quoted through nationwide chains. Programming the remote is a bit complex If you have multiple blinds but a quick search on YouTube and you can find easy setup videos and also realize these are the same blind mechanisms sold by large US retail outlets. However, I will say the customer service is outstanding. They customized my order and sent me fabric samples for free, were very responsive and proactively corrected a mistake in my custom order that I didn’t even notice I made (I ordered the wrong remote). Also, UPS lost one of my blinds and they followed up with UPs right away to file a claim — and promised to make it right. O matter what happened. Great blinds from a seller that really understands customer service!

I was a little hesitant at first, needed 5 large (75 to 78 inch wide) shades for my living room and bedroom, I looked and got prices from the big box stores and all the advertised brands, there prices where considerably higher than the Yoolax shades. I had many questions and e-mailed Yoolax many times over a few day period to get my answers....they were VERY responsive (reminder...there is a 12 hour time zone difference).....I finally placed the order (after careful measurements and having my wife double check me)....Yoolax sent me a package of large samples of my 5 choices of material in about a week. After ordering the shades arrived about 2 weeks from the order date (not bad considering they came from China. I bought room darkening outside mount shades with "metal enclosed valances.....look REALLY NICE.....install was easy and Yoolax had pre-programmed the remotes (I wanted a separate remote for each shades as well as the 15 Channel remote. Only programming I had to do was to set the auto stop up and auto stop down.....first shade took my a bit to figure out the directions to set, but after that it was a breeze to finish. I have had them up almost a week now and so far they work GREAT and look great. Great value ....only time will tell how they hold up, but they look and feel just like the ones that cost hundred...yes hundreds of dollars more from everyone else.....happy so far

Purchased three blinds for a bay window. The blinds are very nice and easy to install. The color matches perfectly to the color selected when ordered. The product was delivered earlier than expected. There are two reasons this is not a five star review. One of the blinds had a pin size hole in the blind. The remote control is not Alexa compatible. There are three choices for the remote to control the blinds. One that controls only one blind. One that controls up to 15 blinds and one that can be set for a blind to open and close on a schedule, this remote cannot be used for more than one blind. If you want to have multiple blind set on a schedule you have to purchase three remotes.
