I purchased these supposed 1,000lm bulbs along with a 6 pack of 806lm bulbs of a similar type. These are no where near as bright as those. I use a high quality light meter to be see how much change I am getting, and these bulbs were only slightly brighter than the 320lm bulbs I was replacing. They have a lot more "filament" length, but sadly that does not make much of a difference.

Using these in a dining room fixture. We love the amber color of the bulb - So pretty, even with the light off! Works great with our dimmer switch. The lighting fixture came with glass globes to go over the bulbs, but these bulbs are so elegant that we decided not to put the globes on the fixture and just go with the naked bulb instead.

You will definitely need a dimmer for these, they are bright!

Bought these along with several brands trying to get a light that is bright for an outdoor light. These are so dim, I replaced the one I already had from a big box home improvement store. Returning these. These are great if you want dim to moderate light. These are NOT 1000 lumens. Wish I had taken pictures but the lights are high on my garage.

Great new look in my ceiling fan. Replaced CFL with these for greater savings on electricity

I bought these filament based Edison style LEDs for my office. I've been very happy. I spent hours on Amazon and HomeDepot to find the right brightness LEDs.These fit the bet very well. Very happy with them... looking at these put smile on my face every time I turned 'em on. Don't hesitate to go with these!
