Servsafe and CPFM Study Guide 2019: Food Manager Certification

This book does not give much information needed for the actual test. It is more an overview or summary. If you really need to study don’t buy this one.

I love this book I work for MNPS IN THE KITCHEN I TRAVING EVERYTHING school to help out as needed. Sometime I Will go to two school in one day and a coumple of time I have to go to Three school in 7 Hours to work, I A ROVING COOK FOR THE Davidson Country school board . I love what I do , I JUST KEEP READING OUT THE Goods in Heathy Personal cooking, I read all your book on line I enjoy the student studying that you do have. When I go to work now I look at everything, That I have read about the week before. I MORE THEN READY TO GO HIGHER IN Food Management

Solid writing with no fluff. The author makes things easier to remember.

Seems to have most of what was on the test. Some of the facts were different than what was covered in book. But we passes with it..so..fuwas it works

Loved it.

Covers the key points, though not in a particularly clear or helpful format.

This book has not been updated since the FDA updated its code in 2017. You can not rely on the data it contains.
