I got big hands. So I need this. I have the same for my G19 as I do for my new G21. Holding them by the frame is not as comfortable because I got big hands. Even the G21SF is not thick enough for my hands. If you do not have big hands, I'm sure your G21 fits nice as is.Anyhow, this is my 2nd of these and I'm very pleased. It is an absolute b&*^h to put on, but totally possible in under 10 minutes.My tip is this: walk in on mm by mm. Be patient. At first glance I did not think it would fit my big G21 frame, but it does --- perfectly! Just slide it up toward to slide and it WILL go on perfectly. Just be patient.Bonus is it doesn't come loose and holds a perfect tight grip. Absolutely love this thing.Well made, Hogue quality, comfortable and just so, so nice. Glock 19xFits perfect. It is a tight fit also. Using either a heat gun or hot water to soften the grip as the directions state, makes it much easier to put on.It makes for a bigger grip though, so if you have small hands, this might not work well for you. I have big hands, XL in gloves, and the grip feels big.

I love Hogue grips, I've used them on a few pistols. I got this one for my Glock 17 Gen 1 Classic. I boiled water and soaked it in a coffee cup for a few minutes. Then sprayed the inside and the pistol grip with Windex. The first time, the Hogue grip ripped, and I then ordered a replacement. The replacement went on okay. It's not easy, took alot of force, but it did work. I like the feel of it, it definitely adds some thickness to the grip.

So for the price this is an amazing item. I am 6'3" and have corresponding sized hands. My 9mm Glock 45 fits my hands well, but I still wanted a little more grip. This was the perfect solution. Grip feels much more solid and controlled.Installation is not easy at all. But if you work smarter you won't need to work harder. I used the boiling water and windex route. First, pour boiling water into a bowl and let the grip soak in it for 30+ seconds. While it is soaking spray the grip with Windex and don't be stingy, it should be dripping off. I installed it with the slide removed. Using tongs pull the grip out of the water, shake loose any residual moisture, and install as quickly as possible. I did not need to use the two plastic strips that they suggest, but it did take a few attempts to get the first part of the Hogue grip over the Glock grip. Once the first part is attached quickly slide it up using any means you can. The windex gets super slippery so I kept a towel nearby to dry off my hands during the process. I also re-dipped the Hogue into the hot water during the process. The trick is to be prepared and to move quickly but efficiently. Heat and windex are your friends in this. Be patient and deliberate and the install won't be easy, but will be possible.

Feels great

It was a great grip, fits in the hand well, and very high quality. But, it was damn near impossible to get on. I followed the instructions by putting the grip in hot water, using plastic cutouts from the packaging, and using windex. Despite these steps, it took about an hour to put on. In the end, it was a great product, but I wish the manufacturer would make it easier to slip on and/or off.

Lots of people criticize the use of slip on grips for your weapon.. but these fit so tightly, and so well, they make gripping my Glock 17 and 47 much better for my bigger hands… and the flip has never slipped or moved.

I like these grips and have them on several pistols.
