Fits d16 blocks
Fits d16 blocks np just squeeze the water ports with needlenose pliers to get a squeeze on the cylinder wall after you feel like you have the guard centered (edges of guard hug cylinder edges) GENTLY tap it on the far edges of cylinder 1 and 4 it will be tight until the guard levels out with the block. Good luck (ps maybe a 1000th of material shaved off inner wall for me like I said tight fit)

Ok. It took me 1 hour to put this block guard in and it is true, it doesn't fit at first, but with a hammer, 3/8 extension, and a heat gun/torch, I was able to fit it in but it costed me. I cut my fingers very badly so I highly recommend using heavy-duty gloves. The manufacturer needs to increase the block guard size by millimeters for a good fit.
