The product works as advertised. The only negative is it is very thick. It does not dissolve well.I think it is a bit pricy so you will have to decide if it is worth the extra.

Doesn't mix well
Mixed it up in my water jug and it solidified like a large piece of rubber in the bottom of my jug.

Second time using the product and although the taste went well with my lemonade gatorade the mixability is awful! First time I used a shaker bottle with 10 oz gatorade and despite shaking vigorously throughout workout it still turned into a gooey mess that was difficult to clean afterwards. Second time I used a hand mixer and 16 oz of gatorade and dame result!

Clumped together
I put this in my water bottle for long cardio sessions. When I opened the bottle to get the last few drinks out of it I saw that it had all clumped together. I thought I had followed the instructions right. I won't buy this one again.
