But if you need more assistance, they are also available over the phone. Very helpful.

I was emailed a return label as soon as I made the request. Within a day of returning the item to UPS, I received an email with my gift card for the amount of the item.

The cassette function on the radio did not work so I reached out to Asurion and they were very friendly and helpful. I got my refund as soon as I sent the radio/CD/cassette player back through UPS. I recommend Asurion Protection with your purchases.
