Multi-Purpose Telescoping Mega Cleaning Brush - Squeegee, Rake, Broom in One

I bought this because our dog sheds like crazy and I thought it would make life a bit easier. Here's my verdict:1) While it does work pretty well to pick up pet hair, it's also A LOT of effort and is quite time consuming... we have carpeting throughout the house. I REALLY feel it in my arms. It's quite the workout! I also find it a bit hard for my back as I feel the need to hunch over while using it.2) The handle is rather flimsy, it comes in 4 pieces and you have to basically (snap) it together, so I don't hold out much hope that it will last very long. If you could find a 1 piece handle that would fit, I'd highly suggest it.I'm really not sure it's worth the money and it was much more difficult for me to use than what is shown on the infomercial. That said, I think it's best for those that only need to clean small carpeted areas. It took me about 10-15 minutes just to do a small patch in our living room. Just be sure to use the small strokes like they instruct.I think next time, we just may get a hairless dog instead, lol!

I read lots of positive reviews and decided to give this a try. However I am not impressed as it does not glide easily and is not easy to use in small corners. Also it has a tendency to trap hairs and is a pain to clean. I did not send it back as I had already paid a lot of postage (as not sold by amazon and so was not eligible for free shipping) and add to that the return postage, it would have been more than the price of the broom!! I will have to use it exclusively with cloths for mopping hard floors, but I will definitely not benefit from the long list of uses that have been described. I would best have bought something else for the price.

I was looking for cheaper and more environmentally friendly cleaning solutions. I got the book, "Organic Housekeeping" by Ellen Sandbeck from my local library. She talked about cleaning floors and recommended the "Dutch Rubber Broom". I worked for the Dutch company Philips for several years and my only comment is that the Dutch people know "neat and clean" inside-out. I looked for the aforementioned broom on the Internet and found it in several places and decided to buy it via Amazon, because I'd never been disappointed in anything I'd purcased from Amazon or one of their retail partners.I'm 50+ years old and I've owned and used mops of all designs. As described in Ellen Sandbeck's book, Nothing beats throwing down a clean damp cloth down onto a vinyl floor and using this broom to rub the floor down and then using the squegee side to remove excess water and dirty. I feel I don't need fancy cleaners, just a little soap and water and I have a very clean floor.I also love it as a broom when I spill something in the kitchen or bathroom - everything is swept off the floor.I also love it for heavy traffic areas of my carpeted rooms. Human and Pet hair, etc. is truly picked up from the carpet surface.I will buy several more as gifts this Holiday season and for years to come.

I received this broom and I'm happy with the rubber part of the broom itself, however, the pins that keep it together aren't fitted properly with the holes so it's wobbly and rickety and the plastic handle (which never did fit well) split and broke off the second time I used it. When it arrived it was covered in dust and dirt and animal hair. It was absolutely filthy. It washed, of course, but I was deeply UNimpressed with the company sending this product in that condition. If I had it to do over I'd still get a similar broom but from a different company. I chose this one because it was a few dollars cheaper. I got what I paid for.

This broom is so worth the money! I have very long, thick, dark hair and also a thyroid problem which can cause hair to fall out more than normal. My husband is always, always complaining about the hair left all around on the carpets in the house. We have had so many problems with vacuums clogging up and breaking down due to my hair getting caught up and twisted around in it. I had been looking for something for a really long time that would help with this monsterous problem. This broom is so great cuz we drag it across the carpet a few times, then vacuum, and have absolutely no problems now. You should see the stuff this little broom can pick up. We were totally amazed. I'm sure that even if we had a pet it'd be great for pet hair, too. You can even get away without vacuuming, like if you're in a hurry and someone is coming over. It really looks like you've vacuumed when you're finished with it! This little do-dad is a great invention and we're so, so happy with it!

I bought this broom for my mother to help get the dog hair out of the carpets before we vacume. we have not used it as a mop, strictly for dog hair.Cons,will not work on matted carpet.broom popped off of handle, repeatedlyyou have to bear down hard and use quick short strokes, (a work out for this in shape 26 year old!)...and then the handle pops off ;)Prosworked on areas that were not matted (still a work out though)If you want to get fur out and off of your carpets i suggest buying the Pet Buddies FurBeGone Dog Grooming Brush. we bought this on amazon around the same time as this broom. This got the dog hair out of the carpet though you do have to sit down and do a patch at a time. But this is much easier on the joints for me and not as frustrating.
