2019 HP 14" Laptop - Intel Core i3 (Up To 4GHz) - 8GB DDR4 Memory - 1TB SATA Hard Drive - Pale Gold and Ash Silver (14-CF0013DX)

The laptop seemed to work fine at first, but after less than a month of using it exclusively for Hulu and schoolwork it is having turning on, and even once I do reset it enough times for it to let me log in, it takes a solid 10 minutes for it to load to the point of being usable.

I ordered laptop and it worked great for almost 30 days and then it died. Amazon replaced it with new one and the same thing happened but immediately when my I.T. person was putting my files on new one. Something to do with when computer automatically does an update- it kills the computer. sent 2nd laptop directly to HP to fix. Don't have it back yet but wanted to leave this review to give anyone else a heads up. Otherwise love the laptop before it died

I bought this laptop for my husband who is in school. He really only needs it for Microsoft Office and the Internet, he's not a gamer and doesn't download movies/music. It worked fine for the first two months, then when his semester was over he didn't use it for maybe a month and when he went to get back on and register for classes, it was SO SLOW. We did all of the updates thinking that would help, but it just hasn't been the same. It sucks. And we can't return it even though we haven't even had it for a year. I don't recommend this laptop. I am no laptop expert, but if you are looking for a reliable computer to last through school, I think its best to just spend the extra money on a surface pro or macbook. The price is tempting, but it'll be a waste of money.

I bought for my wife. Just needed something simple as my wife mainly does word processing. Item bought SEP 2019. It works ok. She just tried to use Skype due to the COVID19 isolation. We found out that theMic does not work. It looks like a system issue as any external mics also does not work. Unfortunately it is beyond the warranty date. So it you buy this item make sure you run through all the functions when you get it.Update: I played with the settings a bit and got an external mic to work. Recommend any buyer to make sure all functions work as soon as product arrives.Update Aug 2020: laptop now working super slow. Getting a replacement.

Worst laptop I ever owned... have had it for less than two weeks and the screen won’t work... have been trying to trouble shoot for a few days and nothing works ... lots of money down the drain

A great purchase! I got it for my high school daughter and she is enjoying it. I would recommend it if you do work related to browsing the internet. It does not come with microsoft office, unless you don’t need it, you will have buy separately!

The quality of laptop is nice but the casing of the lap top is very flimsy. My case was starting to come apart my first week I received it. Have to keep snapping it back together. I use it for work so it is hard to try and send it back because I wont have anything else to use and my information on it will be lost I'm sure.

Fast enough to load webpages and boot timely. Fast enough processor to run simple games, battery life easily lasts me all day.
