DISAPPOINTING CHIPPED PLATE
PLATES LOOK GREAT SADLY ONE OF THE PLATES WAS CHIPPED AND THERE IS NO FUNCTION TO GET ONE PLATE REPLACED YOU HAVE TO SEND THE WHOLE SET BACK WHICH WE COULDNT DO DUE TO NEEDING TO USE THEM.

Lovely but damaged
Hi there. Lovely set but I'm disappointed that one of the plates and one of the bowls were cracked and therefore unable to be used. I will be sending them back but if I was to reorder would I be guaranteed that the next lot wont be damaged?

Damaged goods
The dinner set is lovely but the red bowl arrived with a large chip out of it. Would it be possible to get a replacement bowl?

Althouygh advertised as microwaveble, they are NOT.
Lovely set but lost two plates when use in the microwave. At first I thought the one plate was flawed, days later lost another. 100% lost in microwave.

Look good
Had to order a few boxes to get the best ones as they are very rustic and I’m a bit fussy but they are lovely and look really nice!
