So there are a lot of comments about them not sticking well. After a lot of experimentation I have found that cyanoacrylate 'Boot-Fix glue' is the only adhesive that works - and it does work well, but is not cheap. I roughen both surfaces with sandpaper before applying. I have never had one of these patches come off with this glue and I have even layered them up as the wear down.This brings me to my main observation, which is that they wear out quite quickly which means plastic particles are being put into the environment and you need to add a new patch every few months. It would be good if they were made from a more hardwearing material.One final comment is that the shape could be slightly less of a crescent. Most heels have a radius of ~4.5cms whereas these patches have an outer radius of 3.25cms, so they don't match the profile of the heel that well.

They were a little big for my purposes but were easy to trim to size. Glued well. Well packaged and promptly sent I recommend this product and seller.

I wasn’t sure if it would come with adhesive as it did not say in the description, although our go implied that they glue on.Other reviews say they glued in fine so assumed it must. Perhaps even if a small tube.If you’re ordering, make sure you also add glue to your basket separately.
