Bought this machine and the plastic top was cracked. Sent me another machine used it 3 or 4 times and it caught on fire in our kitchen. Had to unplug it and use water to put it out.

We purchased the cotton candy machine to make cotton candy for a carnival at my husbands work. It worked great and everyone loved the cotton candy!! Very happy with the machine!

Pro tip: watch a few YouTube videos on how to use it before you start. Also, if you put a tiny bit of water in the dispenser when you’re done it helps a lot to flush it out and clean up is pretty easy. The main other tip is that you can’t use it for too long (maybe 15 min total and 3 scoops of sugar) before it starts getting a little smokey. So work fast, and give the machine a clean and some breaks in between. It’s perfect for a small party of 5 little kids as long as you’re not looking to make a carnival size portion. I specifically didn’t want to give the kids a huge sugar rush so my cotton candy was kept on the small side. I really liked that this kit came with 3 flavors and it was perfect. The kids really loved trying the flavors. The containers of floss sugar are plenty for dozens of servings of each flavor (my best guess would be 50 medium servings of each flavor). This unit also has suction cups on the bottom which is great.

Technically, the PR is valid. The machine does make cotton candy. 1 recommended spoonful makes the equivalent of the size of an orange. Not using for our event and regretting the purchase. Luckily one of my kids likes cotton candy and will take the product off my hands. Just a big let down.

I liked the flavors that came with the machine but I lobe the fact that I can crush up hard candy and use it as well.

It’s really cute but it does not produce the cotton candy quickly to fill a cone , going to try a few more times ! Definitely use outside as it gets hot quickly ( we tested it in the living room!

Make delicious cotton candy whenever you want. Liked that everything needed came included. I bought paper cones separately, and they work better than the straws, because the cotton candy often slides on the straw, so is tricky to catch the cotton halfway through. Warm water melts any candy left on the parts when done making cotton candy. Some of the sugar sticks to the side in flat strips. My kid calls it rock candy and loves it too.

Works good for our family treat nights, but wouldn’t recommend for big events, takes a lot just to get one stick.

I was skeptical but this product delivered. Works well, fun to do, tastes great, easy to clean up! Wish the candy stuff was cheaper to buy...

Super disappointed on Christmas morning to have gifted a used and dirty product.
