I've used this brand's other products most notably their collagen pills and I couldn't be happier with the results. Decided to try this detox to supplement recent dietary changes and so far I feel less bloated, less hungry (I have a sweet tooth and unhealthy food cravings, I believe these pills are assisting me with maintaining that under control), and even my skin and hair feels less greasy. I'm eating more fruits and veggies, drinking tons of water, and practicing mindful meditation daily. I think this wholesome combination, a positive outlook and a genuine desire to live a healthier life is key-- no single product will do the trick on its own, you have to put effort on all fronts for the very best results. Having said that, feel free to try this product, it is easy to swallow and doesn't leave any bitterness or cause any secondary effects like some other brands do, it works well for me and hopefully it will work well for you too. I was having issues with releasing and this product helped. First week I did not see much \"movement\" but as I began to drink more water and as the product had time to work its way through my system it was nothing but smooth sailing after that. I am regular, I my stomach is not as bloated. I had no idea that when I ate certain foods that I had always eaten, that they may not be easily digested.This product helped me to figure that out... HONESTLY! I started comparing then and now with the only change being the pills. I am convinced that this has helped me with a minor issue. OH!! While my stomach is not bloated and gassy.. (?) it is flatter and fit. I will not use this product for all times because I feel that my body may not ever know what to do on its own, but when I feel that I need that extra help that drinking lots of water will not produce I will go back to this product.IF you have this issue then you KNOW what I mean. The only thing that I can say is to try a bottle, it is not that expensive, and if you do not like it, no harm done. BUT complete the bottle. I take 2 daily, morning and night, and I am happy with it.

I've used the product for 3 days and nothing has happened. I've used Keto oil and detox pulls before and have always had results (going tonthe bathroom) at least within 6 hrs. They won't return, nor will they refund. This is disappointing.

I purchased these detox pills because the reviews said good things and my normal semiannual cleanse gives me the runs.These capsules smell how they look, kinda woodsy. Fortunately they do not taste like anything and are easy to swallow. Probably 20 mins after taking my first pill I had to use the bathroom. But it was...normal to say the least. I’m now a week in and haven’t had any runs are anything. All solid. Feeling quite a bit better after my thanksgiving binging.Now, there’s nothing in these that make it specifically keto. It’s all ingredients that help you use the bathroom. That being said, if you’re starting a keto diet then these would be a great way to get that gunk out of your system without having explosive diarrhea. I think since it’s spread out over 30 days instead of the usual 7–14 it’s gentler on the system. Recommended.

I like the Keto detox supplement that I first tried with the Keto gummy’s from the original source. However, the Keto detox I purchased from Amazon are okay they are a tad more potent. The detox helps with daily bowel movements which are extremely beneficial on a low carb diet. Occasionally they cause pain before the bowel movement, the others never did. I will continue to purchase them from Amazon because of quantity and price.

I’m on a GL-P injection and it causes me to be constipated. These keto detox capsules have been a blessing. They keep things moving and not in a cramping stomach laxative situation. My movements are more natural and I can tell the difference when I run out. I’m now receive them on a subscription. I usually take them in the morning on an empty stomach. I have taken them during the day if I forgot in the morning and they still worked. I tried other products and they were too harsh. I have been on them for a year and I still love them.

I bought these to help clean my system and maybe lose a couple pounds. I have never used or believed in “diet pills” before but I’ve gained about 10 lbs recently and struggling to get it off so gave these a try. I workout 6x a week and eat healthy 80% of the time. I took these pills as recommended 2x per day once in the am and once at night and I noticed the first couple days it did make me use the bathroom but after that I have had absolutely no other noticeable effects of the pill. I’m just about done with the bottle and I didn’t lose any weight at all, don’t have more energy, don’t have a suppressed appetite. This is honestly what I expected though. Wouldn’t necessarily recommend this product
