The quality of flour is good and nutritious.. the chapati and pancakes made from this were great.. I am happy with the quantity these bags come in.. feel slight expensive

I always loved chapati and I bought these during my pregnant as chapati was a very neutral food for me. I loved eating the chapthis made from this flour as this is the closest I found to the wheat flour in my home town

It’s supposed to be ‘chakki’ atta but it really is almost 100% all purpose flour or ‘maida’. Makes great parathas but if you’re looking to eat healthy, this is not for you. I ended up mixing some Gold Medal wheat flour to balance it. Also available in stores at a cheaper price.

Quality atta flour can replace all-purpose flour. This replaces whole wheat flour. Tastes like whole wheat, rises like whole wheat, it is basic whole wheat. Now I’ve got to consume 20 lbs of whole wheat flour.

I was hoping this flour would come close to the chapatti flour I used daily when living in India. Unfortunately the finished chapattis have the look of a flour tortilla, made from all purpose flour. I will finish the bag but won't be reordering.
