I dislike the fact that even though it's refurbished you cannot update it which I think is crazy. It's 5 years old, the gorilla glass is good, touch screen works well. What pissed me off with the fact that you can't update it and that's one reason why I replace my other one. I will send this back. This was very important information that if I would have read it I would never have ordered it in the first place. I would think that if you refurbish something and updated all of his information on it and replaced whatever was needed to be fixed. That Chromebooks would have extended their updates to it. Now all they're interested is selling you a new product down the line to continuously update for them would be disastrous especially their profit line. How are we going to help the environment if they keep building new equipment, don't you think it would be much easier if they would just sell you that part like a cassette or something that you could just stick it in and update it.

In description it says newest model, not true. BUT, for the price and quality it’ll do the job. The first thing that popped up is that there is no more updates for this laptop, so if you buy this keep in mind if you use certain sites with bugs and advertisements, you’ll have to take it in to get wiped sooner rather than later due to it being out dated to updates. Other than that, I can use it for school and YouTube, that’s all I care about!

Seems to work OK. It is heavier than I expected. Product shipped November 24th, arrived December 12th packaged in a 2-day priority USPS box. Way to go USPS. Unsure if I would buy again.

This chromebook is the best out of all the ones I currently have! The most distinguishing feature is the touchscreen which my daughter is fascinated with. Anyways I'm going to take extreme care of it.

Bought for four year old...robloxs loads slow but once running its OK. Touch screen is responsive. Has survived a few bumps ok buy

I have been using it for a couple daysThings I noticed on chromebook right out the box,Ik it's refurbished so I wasn't expecting perfect quality.It's a scratch on the screen but can tell a little when it's onThe touchscreen feedback is a lil slow and lags (could just be my wifi) the down arrow gets stuck and I have to force it up and above the up arrow It's a crack .Where you plug the charger at the screws seem to be lose, I think it just the way it happens after use because I had one in school and it did the same thing.The corners are beat up like it's been drop alotIt is a little dirty out the box, little particles and dust in the keyboard and screen.Camera works okay and no cracks in it.Has little scratches on the top but no big deal.It goes into tablet mode without an issue for me.- For the price and it's refurbished I say you get what you pay for( keep charger on hand if planning to use for long hours on end)

The media could not be loaded.  I knew for such a good price there had to be a catch. Although this chromebook runs at a decent speed and does most of what I expect I have had some issues downloading apps on the Google play store and the battery life is very poor, when the it gets to around 50% it just shuts off so I can barely use it for over an hour on the go

The computer doesn't work if it isn't plugged in at all times, which frankly defeats the purpose of a portable device. The battery life (fully charged) ranged from about 3 minutes to 45 minutes and would die without so much as a low batter warning. Getting it to turn back on after it died was a bit tricky too. Not impressed

The battery was dead and we had to preform a series of tests to prove it was dead before we could exchange it. That was annoying.

I do like the computer, its easy to use, can download apps, save files ect but when its not plugged in dont bank on it living longer then 30 minutes and dying with no warning
