This case is compatible with every thing.

Q: Which liquid cooling system is used in the pictures above?

There is no cooling system installed in the photo I'm seeing, however I'm running custom water in my own 900D, with two EK 480Rads, EK X3 240Res & D5 pump Also EK full cover blocks on both GTX690s, and a EK Supremacy Nickel CPU block on my 4930K chip. Also EK 1/2" x 3/4" compression fittings.

Q: Does anyone know if there is enough clearance at the bottom edge of a large motherboard (i.e. Asus Rampage IV Extreme) for a 2x slot video card?

Yep, I have a asus maximus vi formula and the pci slots extend well beyond the board of a standard ATX board. The Rampage is E-ATX and it will fit inside this no problem.
