I've bought a whole set of Kessaku knives over the last few months. I believe these are the best knives you can buy for the money. Are there better knives out there? Yes but for a lot more money. These knives are razor sharp and hold an edge for a long time. Punching well above there price.

Wow these knives are sturdy and super sharp. when you hold them in your hand you can feel it cut through the pork chop*was first thing I ate with these knives). no hesitation and was very easy to cut around the bone as well. I fully recommend these knives for a solid set that will outlast you.

these knives are extremely sharp and cut wonderfully.they have a nice heft to them, but not too heavy, very comfortable to use.the craftsmanship is excellent, very solid feeling.we received a set of knives from a different manufacturer last year that cost about half of what these cost, and all of the tips are already bent. they were much thinner than these knives, and I don't think we will worry about bending these.overall I think that these are a great value for the price.

The knives are quite nice in both look and feel. The serrations are good and they cut well. Overall very nice knives. Only 4 stars because they are top large top to bottom to fit into the knife block holes designed for steak knives. Not too long, they are fine there, but too tall from the serrated edge to the top of the knife.
