Do not waste your time on this. All the books are the same. They just try to get you to to go to their website and email you a free copy. Which in turn tries to make you pay for the system. All their books have the same chapters. Word for word. DON'T BUY

The exercises are very basic.
I dislike this book because it doesn't help very much for getting 6 pack abs. The exercises are very basic. It is not very helpful. I bought it thinking I could get abs with it and was just dissapointed. There aren't any secret exercises in this book just exercises you can find in any exercise book.
