I bought this for my bf but he doesnt own boots and they dont work for his dress shoes or loafers. I put these in my boots and I love them. They give me the height i've always wanted. I see tall girls on the subway in flat boots and I've always envied them. Now i'm their height and no one knows I'm really short! They are so cushiony... its like a sneaker feel inside your boots. I have purchased boots a size bigger to accomodate these inserts. Didn't work for my bf but it worked for me yay!

It does exactly what is supposed to do, but will not work for for low-top shoes and b high top shoes would need to be a size larger so that it won't be tight on your feet. They are comfortable if you have the space on the top of your feet, if not you won't last more than a couple of hours before your feet start hurting. The other bad thing is that the little cushion bubble plastic thing to increase the comfort in your heel, over time starts digging into the padding and eventually being uncomfortable to your heel as it pokes your heel once it punctures a hole on top of the insole. Overall not bad, but they just aren't meant for any type of shoes.

They fit my boot. They are not as advertised in the caption. They hurt you're feet pretty bad in a way that can't be good for you. They do make you taller, honestly its not worth it. There's probably a better product out there. Wish i would of spent more money on something better.

Nice product, I use the first layer, I think is called the "basic" layer and I grow up 3-4 cm. Makes a difference, makes you feel more confident. Comfortable product, as advised by other people : use it with a size extra of what you really wear. I am 10 but use 11 for this product. Nice reccomended

This product is good but it cannot adjust to all types of shoes . For example. i am actual size 10 in the U.S and i bought this 12 size dressing shoes. The item works well on this shoes. However, if i tried to put it in a casual/tennis shoes size 12 , it may be loose and that is bad because the item moves as you are wearing the shoes. Therefore, this item can be uncomfortable depending on the type of shoes you are using it for.

I was looking for the best height increase shoe insoles for a while. I tried many different types and this is the best one for your money. It comes with 4 layers so I can adjust the height whenever I want. I usually just used 1 or 2 layers for most of my shoes, but if I have a date or a meeting, I will go with my 4 layers. It takes a week or so to get used to it. Also, I have to buy 2 sizes larger shoes (also high top) for the 4 layers and 1 size larger for 2 to 3 layers. I am 5'6" and feels like 5'10" with 4 layers! Highly recommended!

These are good like everyone says they do give you noticeable height. You will have to go up a full sizes hoe to fit these. Wish the air portion was a bit more firm. It makes for a squishy walk. Fits best in boots or ankle high shoes. Using the both of the extra layers is not comfortable for all day wear at all and you will feel like you are in high heels and walk funny. Using just the one extra layer works best.

These insoles work really well but you shoes could get tight. Buy shoes one size larger.
