Reckless Night in Rio (One Night In...) Kindle Edition

I just finished reading this this book and I loved it! Loved it! Loved It!! Gabriel and Laura had a history, she had been his personal assistant a year ago and now he needed her to help close a deal. She had quit her job after a night of hot sex with her boss- now he needed her help, but she had a baby now and she'd have to tell him sooner or later that he was a father! Gabriel didn't want to have a family, but he sure as hell wanted Laura and reading this hot story took my breath away. I read it in one day, and all I have to say is HOT Hot Hot!! I truly couldn't put it down. Laura was not your typical heroine, she was tough, smart, and not a push over. Gabriel was handsome, rich, and Brazilian- what's not to love. I recommend this book highly.

Laura left Gabriel when after a "reckless nite" in Rio left her hurting. Now he needs her back to pretend to love him so that he can close a deal with someone who wants to sell Gabriel's family business. But to seal the deal he, Gabriel, must prove that he is does not want the other man's fiancee, who happens to be an old mistress of his. The only woman to be able to pull that off is his ex PA, Laura. But she has her own secrets that she needst to keep from Gabriel. Not one of the best stories by Jennie Lucas. Too much male ego for my taste. But I have and will read more of her works.

this is a very good book , i have read it multiple times .both lead characters were likable , their love created a sweet story. i highly recommend this book .

Gabriel Santos such a jerk. now that LAURA is prteding to be his mistress he think i am going to get her in to bed and the suff he says to hear like the day of the ball he says after the ball to night i am going to take that dress off even when she said she will not sleep with him he is sooooooooooooo cockey and i don't like that. but the book is good

Gabriel and Laura's story was wonderful to read and beautifully written. I enjoyed the description of Rio. This book was a great read.

Not a bad book really. Not one of Ms. Lucas' best but not one of the worst either. A pleasant read .

All you have to do is pretend to love me. The task should be pretty easy for Laura Parker after all Gabriel Santos is outrageously good looking it's for one night only and he is offering her a million dallars. You'll have to read it to see if theres a catch or not.

This book typifies everything I hate about some M&B books. One very arrogant hero, who seems to be stupid beyond belief about realising the child the heroine has 'could be his'. One exceptionally stupid heroine who allows herself to be treated like dirt, and keeps taking the idiots back.Worst of all was the " bikini" scene. Pathetic, derogatory and more than slightly nauseous. I could not finish this book.Luckily there are strong, intelligent women in other M&B books. More of those please!

One million dollars for one night to pretend to be his mistress! This is a really good story and it helped that the two leads were already known to one another, it works very well for the plot.Gabriel is a sexy brazillian business man. A real playboy millionaire sworn never to marry or love. Laura is a sweet caring family orientated girl. The two sparked off of each other perfectly. There is real chemistry and passion here, it was easy to get swept along with the story. Jennie Lucas is a real talent and has once again come up with another winner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

this book was really touching and very moving. The way she decirbed everything was perfect. Loved everything about it DEFINATLEY a must read :)

This book is a great read. Lots of tension between the two. Great hero and a heroine who has a backbone.Recommended!!!
