Q: Are these brushes for oils only or can use with acrylics?

As an artist using this brush with oils is the best option because oil is not too hard on the natural bristles because oil dries slower and conditions the natural hog hair. Acrylics on the other hand will dry extremely fast damaging the natural bristles and will not be fully restored which will make the brush life shorter, the consequence is that you'll end up with a stiff dry brush that you'll have to loosen up with water and due to the previous damage it will not hold paint very well. For acrylics go for a synthetic hair brush they are better against the damage acrylics cause.

Basically it is used to make tree leaves, and shrubbery in paintings

A Filbert brush is smaller. I have found all brushes at Hobby Lobby. The brushes are expensive, but I have learned that they are better quality than other brands and last longer if you clean them properly.
