Simple, Reliable Calcium Supplement
I’ve been using the 21st Century Calcium 600 Plus Minerals caplets and they’ve worked well for me. The caplets are manageable to swallow, and I like that this supplement includes additional minerals instead of just calcium alone. It’s affordable, easy to take daily, and comes in a well-sealed bottle. I haven’t had any issues while using it, and it feels like a reliable option. Good value and a solid supplement choice.

Combination Calcium + D3
Good product so far. The determining factor for buying is the fact that it combines Calcium with D3, as it is essential to have the combination for the body to be able to absorb the calcium. The pills are easy to swallow and it seems to be a good value for the product.

Product Good; Delivery Not Good
No problem with the product. But It was delivered to the wrong address. They delivered someone else's item to my porch & took a photo of it. Amazon's customer service doesn't have a drop-down option for a mis-delivered package. So, I reported my item as not received. Amazon ignored my complaint. So, I went to the address on the package delivered to me. There I found my package at their front door. So, I traded packages. I got mine item. They got theirs. Amazon needs to add a drop-down option to allow reporting of mis-delivered packages.

Good way to translate calcium into bone mass!
21st Century Calcium 600 Plus D Plus Minerals is part of my comprehensive program to sustain and increase my bone mass. For many years, my bone scans revealed that I had osteopenia - a precursor to osteoporosis. So I doubled down by researching how calcium gets into the bones. What I found is that large oral doses of powdered marble or oyster shell do not magically translate into greater bone mass. That requires a multi-step process facilitated by minerals that unlock several blood barriers so that calcium can pass from the digestive tract into blood vessels, into red blood cells, etc. - and ultimately into bone mass. Without those supporting minerals the result is a calcium enriched bowel movement, at best, or, at worst, a greater risk of calcium buildup in arteries and/or kidneys. Smaller doses - 600mg at bedtime is what I do. It also helps me to sleep. Most doctors recommend no more than 1200mg daily. Dietary calcium is best, of course. Leafy green veggies and whole milk are a big part of my regimen. Exercise is also an important factor, though I confess I don't do as much of that as I should. By the way, my osteopenia diagnosis has vanished! In my 66th year, my bone scan revealed a 4% increase in my bone mass. My doctor was mystified. Last year - my 70th - my bone mass had increased by another 1%. But please don't take my word for it. Do your own research and always consult your doctor before adding any supplements to your health regimen.
