So glad I found this product so much better than drinking the apple cider vinegar! After now taking these for a few feels I have noticed my skin looking brighter and a decrease in my appetite which is great and helping with my weight loss. I also find I drink more water throughout the day as I start my day with a cold glass & my 2 capsules it gives me that kick to continue throughout the day. I would definitely recommend this product.

I suffer from Arthritis and had been told on numerous occasions to drink apple cider vinegar. I am afraid I could not. Having tried a dessert spoon once, I vowed never again. On seeing these tablets I decided I would have a go. They are small enough to drink with a glass of water, and there is no after taste at all, nor did I experience any sort of reflux.It took about a month of having two in the morning before breakfast for me to notice a difference. My joints are definitely less stiff. I feel far more supple. They won't cure you, but persevering for a month or even 6 weeks. You will notice a gradual improvement.
