Some items may come with a different style of studding to what is shown in the images, we will always make sure that the studding is the same on your order. Some chairs may have minor Velvet marks and slight sagging the marks do fade over time and we never send chairs in and unacceptable condition. At the price we charge we hope you can appreciate we cannot afford and pay for any returns or refunds relating to any of the above mentioned points. Returns If for any reason you decide that you want to return your purchase or any piece thereof, please notify us via the messaging system within 14 days of receipt of goods. We will only accept unwanted are unused and undamaged and in their original packaging. Please note you will be liable for the cost of returning unwanted items. Damages It is your right and responsibility to make sure the delivered goods have been delivered in good condition and are to your standard before signing for them, if they appear to be damaged you must sign for them as damaged for us to be able to process any replacements or refunds,we cannot replace any item that is not signed for as damaged in line with our couriers' terms and conditions.
