Breath of fresh air
I read this book along with attending a meditation class at my community college. The introduction allowed a better understanding of the meditation exercises. Although some the exercise instructions were repetitive they were clearly written and were consistent and complementary to my community college course.

Just What I Needed! 🦋
Wow, this book is just what I needed. The author, Adam O’Neill, clearly understands the pulse of the people. We are busier than ever and never seem to have time to relax. This book is simply perfect!

Real World Meditation that is easy to do!!
Wonderful guides to very useful meditations I can utilize whether at home in a relaxed position, or in a high stress social situation!! Meditations I have learned and put to use very effectively!!

Easy to read and effective book. I really liked the time based approach and clear language. I feel like I can meditate now...and it was hard for me to focus before.

A comprehensive meditation book
Covers lots of different meditations, some I liked, some I didn't. I've practiced Transcendental Meditation on and off for over 20 years, this book gave me some new ideas and as kick-started my practice again.If you're stressed, tired etc, give it a go, meditation really can change your life
