JDM ASTAR Extremely Bright PX Chipsets 3056 3156 3057 3157 LED Bulbs For Brake Light Tail lights, Brilliant Red

So I ordered these for my 04 Tundra DC. Only to find out I ordered the wrong size. Luckily they fit my brother's 02 Tundra AC. They look nice. Very bright. I tried to re-order the correct size for my DC, but I didn't find them in 'red' for my brake lights.

Important to know that in the 1500 line of trucks, 2006 was a change over year. It went from relays to CAN-BUS half way through the 2006 model year. You can tell by simply opening the fuse box under the hood on the drivers side fender. If you see relays, then this is an early 2006. if you see only mini fuses, this a late 2006 model. I have the later model and these plugged in simple, and worked right. No hyper-flash on the directional, no faults. I got 4 of these. On 2006 model tail lights the top is the directional and the middle is the brake lights. I stepped on the break with hazards on, as well as directionals on, truck running and off, no errors, no hyperflash. Its to early to really say about longevity. But they are BRIGHT. They light up the stock taillight housing very rich and full, and they are long enough to be seen from the sides as well. I have keyless entry and tail lights flash when you lock or unlock. I did at dark and the neighbors garage door lit up across the street from me without a problem.

I have these on a 2023 F150 and they will not fit without shaving down one of the nubs where it inserts into the plug. Once one side is shaved, it has to be forced into the plug, but it will work after that's done.

I bought these bulbs for tail/brake lights, they are way brighter than sylvania 3157's. Plus they work great as brake lights where as the sylvania's can barely be seen as taillights. Very easy install on my '19 Frontier, just plug and play. I just installed them today 4/9/22, so I can't say how long they will last, but they are more noticeable than stock.

I'm thinking the reason these are so highly rated is because people buy them, see how bright they are, love their new bulbs, then leave a positive review. Then, a year or so later when the bulbs break on them, they simply replace them and forget that they left a review with their name endorsing this product.I didn't forget though. I think a company should be held responsible. These are garbage. Filament bulbs that you buy normally will outlast these. These JDM Astar bulbs aren't worth the sum of their weight in raw materials, and the sellers of this product should be ashamed that they continue to manufacture actual garbage that should not have been created in the first place. Then, not only that, they continue to create more of them. And even worse, they have the nerve to sell them to you, for your hard-earned money.The purpose of LED headlights is that they last longer. So you can depend on them when navigating a twisty, unlit road, keeping you visible to other drivers. These can't be depended on. The fact that both of them went out in such short succession shows a malicious greed at best, and a callous disregard for human life at worst.

What’s not to like, they were easy to change and are working without any issue.They gave us a few indicators of bulb out signal on our Jeep a few time, I am assuming the Jeep learned these LED taillights and the indicator is gone. We are very happy how bright they are

More expensive than most led brake lights but as the saying goes... You get what you pay for. My reasoning to drop the coin on these lights is safety in fog,sleet,rain, and snow. They say these are the very best. I see clearly why people are saying that.

I recently got these replacement lamps, I'm very happy with them, there everything the add claims them to be!These lamps are much brighter the OEM lamps!I did have to add a load resistor to prevent hyper flashing but I did expect that, and the add indicated it may be needed.

This light was used for my brake light turn signal. It's very bright , just don't know how long it will last yet
