Saturo Meal Replacement Shake Vanilla | Astronaut Food with Protein & 330kcal | Drinkable Food with Valuable Nutrients | 8 x 330ml

I bought these for post double jaw surgery as I'm struggling to get enough food in with being on a liquid diet mostly, so these helped to supplement my food and help to keep me full. Nice vanilla flavour, not too sweet. They are quite expensive but I bought them as was struggling to find a dairy and gluten free version of "fortisips". I've also tried their strawberry flavour and have yet to try the chocolate flavour.

I’ve found that working from home in quarantine is making lunchtimes feel like an incredible chore, so I did some research and chose these as the best option to try for meal replacement, as they don’t look to lose you weight or build muscle, they just replace food. I’m really loving them, it’s takes me minutes to drink for lunch and then I have an hour free to do other stuff and distract my brain a bit from work and home, and I’m really loving the gentle taste of them. I drink them chilled from the fridge and I’m definitely going to buy some more flavours to try (I’ve tried vanilla and really enjoy it) for some variety. I might keep getting these after quarantine and take them to work for some days lunches too!EDIT: Over a year later, I am back in the office at work, but still drinking these every day for lunch. I've tried some others in case I was missing something better or cheaper, but never liked them, these are my favourites and I buy three cases every month (or if Amazon don't have a supply of this flavour I buy straight from the manufacturers website, but delivery is from Germany and takes ages so I prefer Amazon when they have supplies). I've discovered also that they freeze and defrost fine - for a while I was in a temporary office with no fridge, so I froze a carton overnight, took it with me wrapped in some paper or cardboard to keep the cold, and had an icy drink to have come lunchtime (and sometimes a slush-puppy, which was really nice!).

I love Saturo. I really do. I just don’t love the price. Whilst it is justifiable when you compare it to its competitors and similar alternatives like a Tesco Meal Deal (£3 a day etc), it just is expensive for someone on a tight budget. The chocolate is my favourite, it’s not sickly in anyway like Huel or the other brands and actually does leave me full, having one for Breakdast and one for Lunch, 5 days a week.At the moment I’ve had to step away from Saturo simply due to the costs, but I will return, some day.

remember the taste of the soylent RTD that was briefly available in the UK some time ago? saturo is 99% identical, but cheaper, with more available flavours, and two size options. perfect for those who want more of a drink instead of a milkshake. if you’re not already familiar with the taste: think chocolate cereal milk.great to see the company come this far after the launch of the original 500ml green bottle.my only complaint is that the package I received expires in two months - something that’s clearly been sitting in Amazon’s warehouse for quite some time - when the company states that these should have a 12 month shelf life.

The Vanilla Flavour is very strong in this Product but found it very milky in texture so not enjoying as much as I thought it would be especially as I'm stuck on a Liquids only diet for 4-6 weeks only done my first week and not doing as well as expected. Calorie wise its better then some products especially for those who are limited on what they can have. Other products I noticed was only taking in 250 calories a drink/meal not good really especially as I can't just top up on a normal meal due to healing from major Abdominal Surgery Sorry

Worse meal replacement I've never brought. I've drank one and the rest will be going in the bin.Hardly any carbs because it's oil ..look at the ingredients.I'm a massive fan of another brand but I ran out and these were next day delivery .

This one really surprised me! It literally tastes like the small chocolate milk I used to drink in my childhood. Best from the fridge, I keep them at work & at home. You can also get them in 500ml but for me the 330ml is plenty. Keeps me full for like 3 hours, sometimes longer. Also, no bad sugar & great nutrients in it. If you are looking for something convenient that tastes good, fills you up & has great nutrients for your body look no further!

I thought these would be bigger as I didn't look at the amount in each carton. They are quite expensive but we're a try out for my mum who has not been well. She is now getting a similar thing on prescription so we haven't ordered more. She says they taste nice.
