Memorial Cross Personalized for Your Loved One

This cross is very nice. They did a good job on the engraving, unfortunately I made a mistake on one of the dates and am trying to fix it! I would just advise to double check any dates you request. Otherwise the size was great and worth the cost.

Let me start by saying that I made a mistake in entering the days and spontaneously realized it a few days later. Upon reaching out to the seller (and worrying that my request for change might not be met), I received a very warm and kind response assuring me that it's not a bother and will be taken care of.As far as quality, I expected to get what I paid for, but remained hopeful that it will be decent. Not only is this seller reasonably priced, but the craftsmanship was IMPECCABLE!!! I have very high standards and the quality, design, and execution of the product far exceeded them! It was elegant, sophisticated, detail-oriented, and beautiful! I can honestly say the seller seems to take great pride in their mission and product, and invest incredible effort and soul into delivering a perfectly-crafted product honoring deceased loved ones.

I purchased this for my mom's grave as a temporary marker until her headstone is placed. I was hesitant to order this because reviews seem to be a toss up. When it came I was pleasantly surprised. It's very pretty and can be clearly read. For reference, I ordered the mahogany wood. It was delivered a day early which was also a nice surprise. I'm sure mom would like this. I definitely recommend this memorial cross and company.EDIT (March 24, 2022): I've had this cross placed at my mom's grave for just a month (placed February 23, 2022) and it's already taking a beating from the sun. I'm not sure if others are experiencing this? Is it the mahogany wood choice? It faded and generally looks a tad worn. I live in central Pennsylvania, so I don't feel it's from location. I'm concerned because it needs to stay in place until Fall. It would've been nice to know that I needed to coat it with UV/weather coating before placing it, but not sure for $78 I should need to do that. Anyway, just beware. Decide if you want to take an extra step and coat it before you place this, at least I recommend that for the mahogany wood selection.EDIT (November 12, 2022): I contacted the company at the time of my initial review and they did offer a partial refund, so I purchased another cross. The picture reflects the month old cross on the left and the new mahogany cross on the right. Before placing the new one at my mom’s grave, I put three coats of Minwax spar urethane on it. It looks really nice and hasn’t faded at all. I’m adding a star for the company being responsive and willing to at least make an attempt at a fix. I’d suggest the company buy the Minwax spar urethane and apply it to these pricey crosses before sending them out. It takes very little, so a can will go a long way. It would be well worth the $78 for a personalized mahogany cross if they took the time to do that.

I used the cross for a road side memorial for a friend’s daughter. The engraving is beautiful & everyone who has seen it comments on the good quality.

Easy to order, except if you want something a little different than the script lettering. I tried to get in touch with them and it was a little difficult, but once I did, they gave me specific instructions on how to order our personalized cross. The cross arrived exactly on time and as you can see in the picture, it is absolutely beautiful. Yes, it's a little pricey, BUT very well made and includes a metal spike to attach to the bottom and stick into the dirt. Be assured that your money is paying for a quality piece.

The craftmanship was excellent, and the script was beautifully done and it arrived i week before arrival time was listed. overall I was completely overjoyed with the product. would highly recommend this product and supplier.
