Okay so I have been incontinent for a long time. Since, well since I can remember and have tried most brands out there, even the ones designed for people who, well I guess like/want to wear diapers. This brand are great for an incontinent older MALE whom is less mobile and is bed ridden or hangs out around the house a lot.Let me say this, I do NOT recommend these for any elderly female, or really for women in general. Due to their thickness the diaper will be hard to conform to your body and will hold their shape for long periods. The absorbant layer, even when wet, does not assist a user with any walking or mobility handicaps. These are meant for overnight use. Women will find these most difficult to wear as the padding between the legs bunches up and is thick. These were designed to hold a lot of urine and they do, but are for overnight use or bed ridden older gentleman there is no way of hidding that your wearing a diaper while using these.

Nice diaper fits very well

Great diaper for sleeping. As a bed wetter, I wet myself multiple times a night. This diaper holds all of 8-10 hours with no problem. I highly recommend for anyone.

A major improvement over their previous version, they seem to have added stronger tapes, front waistbands and a somewhat quieter plastic case. That said you do need to know they are thick, if you are coming from underwear or even a cheaper type of incontinence briefs these will require some adjusting to to be comfortable, you may also want to reserve them for long trips or sleep or other times when changing a brief is less inconvenient then not being able to close your legs. That said if you don't mind the thickness (the thing you will be noticing) they are incredibly absorbent, you won't be noticing wetness and it holds a ridiculous amount of that.
