Bare Escentuals Minerals Limited Edition Light KABUKI Brush Full Size New (Full)

Not a great Kabuki. I guess maybe I should have known something was up from the word "Light" in the description. However, this brush is just nowhere near as dense as any of the Kabuki's I've ever had from Bare Escentuals. It's pretty much impossible to do the whole Bare Minerals swirl, tap, buff with this. Sure, you can swirl and tap but buffing's really not happening. It just kind of plops the powder on your face.This is an extremely soft brush. I only used it the one time because I just have no use for a brush like this when I have so many others that do a better job, so I don't know how well it holds up long term or through cleaning.

Sorry to say, this is not nearly the quality of the original Kabuki brush, I purchased from Bare Minerals years ago. The bristles on this are very, very soft. The older brush was made out of a hardier bristles and much more dense. I will be looking for another, more solid brush shortly.

I love the lighter coverage of this brush for the warm weather season compared to the regular kabuki brush. I prefer a lighter layer of bareminerals foundation in the summer than I usually wear the rest of the year. This brush is perfect for acheiving that.

Fell apart after a month of use.

Brush is just what I wanted, distributes makeup evenly and is very soft. Great quality and the price was very reasonable. .

This is NOT the full coverage brush--instead it is a smaller brush called "light" that is not as dense as the full size kabuki.
