Sturdy and aesthetic

Heavier than expected. Looks like it cost much more. Bought more items this brand.

Product looks very nice and easy to install.

I thought most of these type bathroom fixtures had the backer plate with holes that are up and down. Not these! The holes are side to side on the plate. So I had to install new wall anchors. And the wall anchors that some with these are enormous. They have to be hammered in half-way and then screwed in the rest of the way. I used smaller anchors I had since this was going on the back of my door. Then my old anchors were in the way (couldn’t get the plate entirely flat, so the little screw adjustment to get the hook to hold onto the wall wouldn’t catch). Instead of risking messing up my door by removing the old anchors, I installed a wood plate on the door and put the hook on that. It worked and holds well, but was a bigger headache than anticipated. Also, while the finish is a match, the styling of this hook is missing some of the detail that the coordinating towel bars, etc have. It almost looks like it’s from a different set. But it’s not next to anything else, so I’m probably the only one who would notice.

Exactly what I was looking for. The price was fantastic and the product is exceptional

Looks expensive

The double robe hook itself is good quality, as were the hand towel rings I bought from Design House. All my fixtures are finished in oil rubbed bronze, and these items complete my bathroom setup. The double robe hook, however, I have had to replace, as it arrived in a chrome finish, which does not go with anything in my house. Design House was very fast in replacing the item at no charge, but the replacement item also was chrome. The bar code on the back, which is a sticker, identifies the item as oil rubbed bronze, but the item in the package is clearly chrome. My guess is the batch that these items came in are all mislabeled??? I'm giving up and not asking for another replacement, but will look elsewhere. Bummer, since I've been very happy with my other purchases from Design House.

i couldn't use this item because the threads on the screw were messed up. contractor asked me to return and get another one, but the window was closed for return,
