I tried these on arrival as I suffered from crohns disease and suffer from bouts of extreme diarrohea where I go to the loo ten to 15 times in a day when it flares up these tablets are a must have to replenish all of the lost electrolytes. It's very light on stomach and it is very refreshing to drink . The coconut flavour is neutral on the stomach onlike citrus or berry type of tabletts. Overall it a good quality product which I now am recommending after sampling. Again like I said it's very light on stomach and refreshing to drink. The minerals are not over high they are just like ten percent of rda . So you cnt over do it and create a electrolyte imbalance.

Ingredients not accurate on website - contains sweeteners
This product contains sweeteners and for those who wish to know: Aspartame the most commonly used sweetener is harvested excretions from genetically modified E-Coli bacteria that are themselves grown on human waste. Aspartame is toxic and was originally created by the DOD as a biological warfare neurotoxin, with a list of symptoms a mile long. Sugar is not good for you but it is certainly better than swallowing poison.

Tastes good and effective.
Bought this due to a bout of stomach flu. Normally hate water but these actually taste good and encouraged me to drink more m. I think the e stopped making them but I hope not..... they seem more natural than the ones at local high street pharmacies

Pleasant taste
Pleasant taste, not sure I'd use in place of usual electrolyte tabs, but handy to have when thirsty and not wanting plain water
