CeraStone Ceracomm Professional/Restaurant Grade Non Stick Fry Pan, 14-Inch, Satin

This is the second time we tried this pan. The first one only lasted a couple months, but we thought maybe we hadn't babied it enough. The second one has been handled very gently, but is still starting to stick after only about 3 months of use. We wouldn't buy it again given how often these pans seem to need replacing.

These items started off real nice. Food never stuck and clean-up was a breeze. Problem is that after 3 months of use they all started to lose some of the ceramic lining. I have the 8", 10" 12" and 14" pan and they all are showing same signs of deterioration in the ceramic lining. These pans have always been used and cleaned as recommended.Contacted the manufacture and sent them photos as requested. Now going on 2 weeks with no response. I guess this was a mistake buy on my part.For the price i would not recommend these. I would suggest that you look at the Xrrtema series by Ceramcor. I now own 7 pieces and love them. Would give them a 5+ if i would of been able to purchase from Amazon.

I took one look at the size of the box and knew this was not going to be the pan for me. It is huge and the handle unusually long. My kitchen simply could not accommodate such a pan!!! As I never used it I cannot address it's wearability! My fault for not doing more research first. One thing that was a bit fuzzy was talk of a "cover". It's a protective cover, not a cooking lid!

This is a great non stick pan, fantastic size and good balance but it leaks from the rivets so if you're doing pasta - watch the liquid levels

It's a great pan, until three months later, after only seldom using the thing and babying the heck out of it when I did, the ceramic lining is starting to chip off. I followed all of the manufacturer directions.UPDATE: The customer service I have received in response to my problem with this product was speedy and generous. They REALLY took care of me, and earned my business in the future.

these pans seemed the perfect product because when new nothing stuck to them. After a couple of months of use, I had to clean them with oven cleaner almost every time we used them. I would return them if I could

The silicone cover on the handle cannot be removed, or if it can, I am not able to remove it, so beware. It is not "moveable stay cool silicone grips on the handles".
