First, I recommend you install Fakespot browser plugin so you can see if these ratings are legit. This company only gets a C rating which means many are false. That said, my experience after a week is that my 2 cats are not getting along any better. Instead, it seems like my aggressor is being even more of a bully than before.As for the product getting hot. I was concerned about it. Seemed really hot at first, but now doesn't seem as warm. I do keep an eye on it. But it worries me to leave the cats alone in a house that is closed up with something that has the potential to catch fire. Going to continue until the bottle gets low to see if there is any improvement. I will in a couple of weeks if there is. Otherwise, I'll probably just discontinue after this one runs out.
