Winter Pony (A Stepping Stone Book)

Great book for my nieces as they learn to read

This was a childhood favorite. I was very happy to see a digital copy of it available. The last time I looked for this book it was out of print. Was very happy to re-read this book. Great fictional short story that is a fairly realistic about owning a first horse or pony.

A good book for my grandkids. I’d like them to read more instead of playing videos. I’m trying to make books more accessible to them, without irking their parents by meddling too much. Times have changed. But a good book is forever.

Arrived on time as promised and in great condition

My daughter loves horses and is starting to get interested in chapter books. We liked this book. It is an interesting story and is well written. There are only 2 books in this series, Winter Pony, and Summer Pony, and we enjoyed both. We have given the pair of these books as birthday gifts several times since getting them for ourselves.

A book I loved as a child-- so glad to see it in print again. I wish they had kept the old illustrations, though.
