Pendant volume is way too low... can hardly hear someone talking to.
The fall detection works on angle. So. Have to set it aside while seated and laying back... I know, but you're seated you won't fall. True. But what about when someone elderly gets up for a moment, forgets to put it on and a fall occurs. How about technology where it works in some other fashion. I don't know... I'm not the engineer of this device... but I am the buyer (for my mother in law) and I saw thumbs down to this device. Also, I didn't have the fall technology activated because of the problem and the device started calling us in the middle of the night... and "no" she didn't press the panic button. Cheap equipment. Returned it. Will have to find something else.

Only holds a charge for one day.

Watch Malfunctions!
We bought 2 of these watches and neither one worked on the SOS feature to call emergancy services. Only 1 watch worked on the fall alert and you can barely hear 911!! Also had to drop the watch several times before it detected a fall!

Difficult set-up
Extremely hard to set up, even the RN wasn’t able to get it to work. Very poor customer service and no assistance when we called. Rep took our number but never called us back. We will be returning.
