Update to my previous review. I had hardware break initially on the installation of my purchase of the resistance trainer. I had returned the product, and the team at INTENT SPORTS was very helpful to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase and replaced the kit.Utilizing the trainer, I can tell that the straps and carabiners feel solid. I have utilized TRX straps at gyms and training studios, and the materials feel as solid. I weigh ~225 lbs and work out frequently, and feel very comfortable utilizing these straps and hanging my entire body weight from them. Each strap is separate, so very easy to use on a pull up bar or solid structure, as well as a mount. Straps are very long which is nice for hanging around larger or higher objects. They have the built in door hanging system, which I have not used yet, but will be very convenient for traveling.Overall, straps feel very sturdy and I would recommend these for anyone looking for a trainer under $100.

These straps are awesome (price is nice too)! They are better than the TRX straps because they are individual straps, so you don't have to connect them together like the TRX straps. Adjustments are easy to make with the straps and the wall/ceiling mount was easy to install. The handles are comfortable and so are the leg straps. The only bad thing I have to say about them is that the instruction booklet only had a few exercises listed in it. A quick google search and you can find workout plans and as many exercises as you can imagine. I would definitely recommend purchasing these straps.

Beware of cheap included hardware. This strap system is great and at a great price but the hardware included broke almost instantly.

At 245 lbs I was a little concerned about the durability of the intent system vs. the Trax system.My concerns were settled very quickly. If you take your time to mount them properly to a stud the straps hold very sturdy. I’ve yet to come across an excel use that I couldn’t complete.I have the luxury of mounting these to an open beam in my garage. Therefore I am able to wrap the straps around the beam to get even shorter. I’m not sure how you’d do that in other set ups.The handles are solid and hold a solid grip as well. I would highly recommend this system over the 4x more expensive Trax system.

So far, so good. I've been at it for close to 2 weeks now and still think I can stay on a regiment most days of the week. But, time will tell if I stick with it. If I don't, that won't be unusual for me. But this system gives you a good workout without pain and suffering. With the placement of your feet or body you can ease up or get tougher but the important thing - keep going. I actually look forward to my workouts now.

Just like the ones in the gym. Easy to install to a beam or use the door anchors if you prefer a less permanent situation. Dont let the lower price fool you, its great quality.

I wanted to take my fitness journey and workouts to the next level and figured these bands were best for doing so. I feel myself getting stronger the more I use it as different muscles are being activated vs doing my typical bodyweight exercises. The bands are sturdy and the excercises you can do are endless
