- GRADE A/B TAHITIAN VANILLA BEANS, NON-GMO: These are mixtures of mostly whole, some dehisce/split, flat, skinny and/or short (less than 6") bean pods with the rich aroma of the gourmet grade. We source our Vanilla tahitiensis from Tahitian or Indonesian peasant farmers at fair market price.
- WIDE APPLICATION & COST SAVINGS: Our specially sorted Grade A/B pods are great for extract, cooking, baking, brewing, all gourmet purposes and every use of vanilla beans. Most of our Grade A/B pods could pass for what others are characterising as Gourmet Grade A. Save money by choosing our grade A/B pods.
- VANILLA TAHITIENSIS: NON-GMO, traditional harvest, conditioned for the characteristic floral flavor, rare in supply and deservedly nicknamed “The Queen of Vanilla”. Selected for a minimum of 5” length, vacuum-sealed pack and ready to be shipped to your kitchen.
- DON’T REFRIGERATE. They lose moisture and flavor on refrigeration. Store in airtight bag, in a cool dry place for a longer shelf life (~1yr). Thus, our beans are packed in BPA-free, food-grade vacuum sealed bags to maintain freshness for a longer time.
