Vet recommended - works well!
My vet suggested these for my 15 year old Shih Tzu mix. They were about $5 cheaper on here and you don't need vet approval to buy.I see a big difference in his attitude and mobility with these. Before he didn't move around as much or as quickly and he'd get upset if you tried to pick him up or move him when he was comfortable. With these that behavior has vanished and he's running around and playing like a much younger dog.I can't speak to the taste of it, but I have no issues getting him to take it.Overall I recommend this product very highly.

Vet Techs 11 yr old GSD/lab mix feeling fly!
In every vet hospital I’ve worked in we have always recommended this joint supplement and their sister Synovi G ! When my girl turned 10 I knew it was time to move her to a senior “” arthritis joint supplement. Remember it can take 3 months of consistency to tell a difference but this stuff really does help! My senior Gal is running and playing w more comfort! She even jumped onto the hood of my suv after a squirrel! These are a must try and I will never forget them as a recommendation. They have helped my own pup so much!

Helped my poor aching dog move
I've been giving my aging dog the regular doggie pills that eveyone recomends for arthritus. She got really bad last winter, couldn't get up with out yelping in pain. I took her to the vet and he recomended I try these chews. They are PRICY!! BUT after giving them to her for a few days, she no longer yelped in pain getting up. She still moves slowly and we know her arthritus is going to keep getting worse, but these chews have really helped. She's been on them for about a year now. I've heard some dogs HATE the taste, but she seems to like them just fine.

Try it.
Not sure how much this is helping my dog with her advanced arthritis, but it is affordable, suggested by a vet, and my dog eats the chews well so I recommend giving it a try, especially if you begin using this before it gets to the point my poor pet is at.

Game changer
We combine with 1 dose of Dausquin daily and it works miracles for the hips on our older dog.

helps aging bird move freely
Although after 2 days she decided she didn't like the taste (Have to wrap in ham or bologna) the results were great. She is a working bird dog - Llewelyn Setter - I've been giving her glucosamine for years but she started to deteriate this year, hard to get, up walking stiffly etc. After a few weeks moving much better and clearly much more comfortable. I started at 2 tablets a day but will try going to one daily after a few weeks more

Repugnant Taste
Both of our dogs would not eat this product even when sprinkled on food or treats that they love. Bending away from a stretched out arm, coaxing them to eat the product directly or on a piece of meat would end up with them running away and hiding. There is definitely something distasteful in the ingredients. Additionally, not stated in the product description, is that there are no returns or refunds.

Seems to be working!
We have taken our 4yr old lab to the vet a couple times the past year due to soreness and inflammation. After prescribing pain meds, they suggested that we might want to try alenza. We did and have been giving him 2 tablets with his dinner every day. So far he has been pretty good and hasn’t been showing signs for discomfort. We have been doing this for almost 6 months now. Plan to continue as it seems to be working to prevent or calm his inflammation.
