Great flavor
This is a delicious jerky seasoning. My husband likes to make it for Christmas gifts out of ground beef. Everyone loves it.

This is, hands down, the best tasting jerky seasoning. But what's going on with the price??
We've been eating this jerky for years and love it. It's not too sweet, it lets the taste of the beef shine while also giving it a peppery, garlicky, oniony something that other seasonings miss on. The thing is, the price has been crazy lately! This is likely the fault of inflation and the price of the individual seasonings rising- I don't know. What I do know is that last June (2023) I bought this for just over $6. I even subscribe-and-saved the spice at this price. I was recently told that it was no longer available at that price- no kidding! They want over $14 for the same box!

Delivery Time!!!
This a Great Spice for jerky, but 3 week delivery time Stinks!!!!

Not terrible!
This jerky marinade is not bad, but bland compared to some homemade recipes I have found. It's cheap compared to the requirements of some of the homemade, but the flavors in the homemade are far superior! It's not a bad quick and easy marinade.

Really Good spice and cure, but be warned
The hot and spicy sauce was apparently created from the fires of Mt.Doom, or some plasma laced meteorite. I wasn't paying attention when I made the jerky with the hot n spicy, and didn't get the spice/cure evenly applied. Apparently in the 1.25 pounds I was curing, about 7/10ths of the spice got on one slab of meat. So suffice to say I witnessed my tongue dissolve into thin air as my mouth exploded in pain. 4 bottles of water later, I pulled a tom hanks and was wiping my tongue with a towel. Maybe they took "spirit of habanero" and cloned it, intensified it, and poored some sulfuric acid crystals on there for good measure. All kidding aside, the Original is top notch --- I prefer it over any store-bought ready made jerky. Flavor is great. The other two are good too, but the spce pack gets a 5 star based purely on the taste of the original flavor. I wish I could buy a box of just the original.

The Original, Sooo Good
So I have to admit when I make Jerky, I share it with friends and family, and in all the people I have shared this Jerky with this time around, (numbered in the teens) not one person had anything negative to say, this spice and cure make it soo easy, just add good ground beef a Dehydrator and some T.L.C. and it's perfect, every time.

It is a little spicy but the guys loved it!! Wish you had a bigger package
It is very easy to use - add, mix and voila it’s done. A little bit of spice but not out there. It was so good to eat. I wish it came in a bigger size but you still get good value for the price you pay.
