Replaces Broan NuTone 23405SER, JA2C0208-1 | Exhaust Fan Motor

Fan motor replacement was delivered perfectly, earlier than expected, works well, was easy to install. Hope it continues to work well.

I ordered this based on the type product number on our fan. The size was perfect. I've never replaced a part on a type of fan like this. It was extremely simple. I'm glad our new house has these fans.

Charges return fee when item didn't fit as advertised. They did accept return but only partially refunded what I spent. The motor I returned was too deep and didn't align properly when put in housing.

Worked like a charm, easly to install. Lot cheaper than a new one.

It replaced a very old Nutone motor and required a little modding (drill another hole) to fit the housing. Not a big problem but it wasn't plug & play in my case. The motor runs fine and the fan operates as designed once more but it is not as quiet as an OEM Nutone motor.

Bought this to replace a failed Nutone motor in a bathroom vent fan. Works perfectly! Easy install, no issues, very good price in my opinion.

Perfect match for replacing the original motor in my Nutone bath fan and at almost half the price as Nutone charges. The motor is quiet and powerful. My old motor bearings were worn out after nearly 40 years of use. I used the same plastic fan part and lock washer from the original fan.
