Better than GE
I have a GE Profile gas cooktop. I’ve replaced a number of knobs from GE at $35 a knob. They continue to break at the connection. I was so happy to see this knob looked just like the GE knob, was much less expensive and the connection is reinforced!

Unreliable and Easy to Break
The Pros:A $10 knob may seem expensive at first glance, but when you google you think it is a good price.The design is identical though the finish is not. If you are particular about that then you should consider the 5 knob set so they all match.The Cons:Well, don't be in a hurry to throw your original knobs away since this is not a reliable replacement. IN the picture you can see how the plastic at the base has cracks in it (after 5 months of use). The original GE knobs do not have that problem.The cheap plastic grip is broken.The knob never fitted snugly. My GE knobs still take a lot of force to pull away compared to this one. AS anyone knows, a loose fitting part is likely to break easily over time.The magnet at the top was loose and neve quite connected to the stove top and dropped off.So if you prefer reliability, keep searching for a better replacement since this one wont last long. And I also remembered that when I initially ordered it, it arrived with a loose plastic base and I had to exchange it right away. So it is not as if I got a bad lemon, that's just how they all seem to be made. Breakable.
