32 Premier Grill with Blue LED and Rear Burner - NG

This was a $1500 mistake! The second time I used the grill the middle burners quit working and the knobs melted off. The lights no longer work either. I called and immediately I was told it was installed wrong and wind damage caused it. Pages 8 and 12 in the manual say don't grill in the wind. I live in a neighborhood and three sides are blocked with bricks underneath my porch. I have used a Weber grill there for 5 years with zero issues. Warranty folks will not help at all. Worst purchase ever.UPDATE: After four months of arguing, the parent company of RCS finally had a tech come out and fix my grill. The tech said there were no signs of back wind or excessive heat inside the grill. I am glad it is finally fixed (under warranty) and the grill is working great so far.
