Is this antibacterial? Does it attract bears? Thank

It is not designated as an antibacterial soap. However, any decent soap will effectively wash away bacteria. Whether this soap attracts bears or not, I don't have a clue. I'm not into camping and don't know much about the habits of bears. It does have a pleasant aroma, though I don't know if it would appeal to a bear. Maybe try a Google search?

Can this be used as dish soap

Generally bar soap is for the human body. It is made to clean and refresh as you bathe. If you are out of dish soap try using hot water and lightly scrub the dishes until you can buy dish soap.
